We hear or read or listen to the word 'passion' many times in our day to day personal and professional lives. Literally it (Passion) arises from ones core strength at work for a productive result .It is a compelling emotion which gives contentment. It never sees the success in future but the efforts to attain the success.
SO WHERE DOES THE EFFORTS RISE FROM?????? 
EFFORTS rise from EMOTIONS


However, emotions are deep sometimes and sometimes they are shallow.

Each happening around us is the outcome of our deep emotions. So for great accomplishments are the recordings in the deep emotions which are fed with strong clear thoughts.

So how can this recording to inner emotions happen? It is all few minutes of silence and speaking to oneself. This gives the recording to the deep emotions. 

The mantra is nothing but “I can do it, if I cant, who can?????????” To do it I would take the challenges, hindrances as a part of the system and not separate occurrence.
Deep emotions would give the spontaneous expected result. The powerful acceptance and maturity to accept the system imbibed with hardships as the steps to attain the goal. This is the seed and water to the 'liking' in what you are doing.

For each Big success  there  had been very strong rejections starting from AMITABH BACHAN, AISHWARYA RAAI, A.R.RAHMAN………..but they succeeded ?

How is it? Simple there are strong inner emotions.                                    
Let us be clear in what we are doing?
What would be the steps to attain?
What would be the challenges to face?
Which would be the areas where we need to learn or change or apply differently?

Now the whole positive and the negative picture known before makes the work easy and work is done with dedication and liking. So, when you want to start liking what you are doing, you need to move closer to the subject, break them into more meaningful and achievable targets that provide more clarity in what you are supposed to do to achieve your goals and objectives.

Equation to success is nothing but 1.Thoughts 2.Words 3. Action…………..
So we will plan, we will write, and we will Act
LET ALL POWERFUL THOUGHTS CONGLOROMATE AND WE SUCCEED.

Is your team happy?

How successful your project execution depends on 'how happy your team members - as a whole your team'. The challenge is to keep the expectations from all team members in balance and most of the time, most of them are happy and few or not happy, of course, the otherway round as well.

However, as a Project Manager, its important to note that we attempt in all possible ways to keep all members happy for a successful project execution and completion.
